TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QINHUANGDAO YILIAO TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qinhuangdao Yiliao Technology Co., Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province.
